"I also booked ahead for 3 adults and the front desk tried to clip me for another 10 dollars a night. Hot tub was literally ice bath challenge along with pool ice cold all three nights. Breakfast was a hard boiled egg or Lance's peanut butter cheese crackers. No juice, bread for toast is from a community sack of great value white bread along with butter,jelly,and community gallon of milk in fridge."

"This place is very very nice. They have really upgraded this place. All the walls are nicely painted. The ceiling is in perfect condition. Brand new carpet throughout the entire place and very nice-looking. Brand new modern today furniture. Brand new beds. Hot tub feels great. New Owners. Love this place. Also pet friendly. Service animals allowed."

"Do not stay here. Unless you like rooms that smell like mothballs and no heat. The heat was either burn up hot or cold. Unless you wanted the fan to run continuously, you have to unplug it. I told the staff , they did nothing. The breakfast they promised did not exist. I went down during breakfast and there was nothing there. The drink dispensers both were labeled out of order. They do not care about the customer."

"This facility is being renovated. The upgrades going in are very nice. I did not try the pool or hot tub. Didn't try breakfast either. The staff was friendly and easily accommodated our need for early check-in. The beds were comfortable and a fridge and microwave were in the room. It is a good location to access Branson and Springfield. We chose it for proximity to the orthopedic hospital. If you are sensitive to fumes from construction materials, especially off-gassing from carpets, wait until renovations are finished. I anticipate that it will be very nice when finished."

"Pros: - It was literally minutes away from our weekend event. -Good water pressure Cons: - Upon navigating the hallway to find our room after checking in (which was a lengthy process... waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk) we were hit with an overwhelming aroma of weed. My kiddo commented, "This place smells funny." My husband and I are no prudes, but the stench was stronger than a college flop house. - The pool and hot tub were both ice cold. The workers said it had broke that morning and laughed, which seemed odd, until you read reviews going back a year that complain about the broken hot tub. My kiddo wanted to swim & we were looking forward to the hot tub after a long day.. Had we known they were unusable beforehand, we would not have stayed here. Which is probably why they tell you it's fully functional if you call & ask them prior to booking. - The bathroom was gross. (See photos) Mystery stains, grime and hard water deposits around the rusty shower head, and fixtures nearly falling out of the walls when you turn the knob. - The a/c unit in our room only worked on fan mode. It was uncomfortably stuffy and warm. - The carpet everywhere looked worn and outdated; possibly moist. I did not want to walk around barefoot, even though my standards aren't all that high for that sort of thing. - There was a full size mattress in the parking lot. I'm not sure why. We haven't even had breakfast yet, but I have a feeling I'll be adding to this list after tomorrow morning. You can tell they really don’t care about hospitality by their scripted and monotonous, canned replies to every review. They will tell you anything to get your money with no guarantee of a pleasant stay. Just go somewhere else. Don't waste your money here."
