They have children and are being forced on the streets while being on hud program, please boost this post and make sure the law sees it"

"DO NOT RENT HERE TAKE THEM OUT OF BUSINESS. If I could give 0 stars I would. The new management is horrible I lived there for about four years and was living in black mold didn’t know for about the first year but when I would call and complain numerous times nobody came to help they were so “busy” but you’d see them just driving around doing nothing. It took us having to wave them down to get their attention but then they would just say “put a work order in” but when you call “they can’t find the work order” mind you I have a 3 year old who was basically born in this apartment. If you decide to move out they will charge you with all the fees they can think of even housekeeping when they needed to tear my carpets out a long time ago so makes no sense. Even if you’re in a bad bind, sleeping on a corner street would be better and more safe then dealing with this management or living in these conditions. Someone needs to shut it down."

"To bad i can't give o stars. Where to start. I helped a fam member get an apartment here. The nice apartment thry show u is not the apartment u will get. The day we moved them in the walls were covered n wet paint and the air was broken in the dead of summer. No cabinet doors, ff month's later still no cabinet doors. The real problems are the garbage disposal don't work, toilets don't flush, sinks n tubs don't drain. Can't use those. Of Cowichan all the standing water that draws flies and roaches. This place is INFESTED. Thry tell u they're coming to spray then lie and say they came n u weren't home after u waste a day waiting on them. They even say u have an illegal lock on ur door when u only have the locks that come. They help eith nothing. Don't answer the phone, they're always outside smoking. The maintenance guy who looks 12 blames u for everything. Swears none of this has happened till u moved in. But u can ask anyone who's lived here n it's the dame issues. Unfortunately we found that out after we moved in n talked to people who had moved out of here. Literally the most disgusting complex n town. Not to mention the pool is never open, kids in the road by themselves, dogs Locke up barking all day bc people have houses full of them. A lot of tweaker live here. Very nasty very unsafe. Save ur money"

"Can't live there . Can't get information you wanted plus I have to much on my mine . Grandson 2 yr old died , grandson coming up going to barns Jew hospital now . Tammy is not well . Need the money back . If you need it keep it no prob. Have some one come and clean that place up . I'm turning you in to low house organization. Setting around like you do enjoy .
