"This was a beautiful resort to stay at. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful.They actually clean the rooms here and you can tell. I only have 1 complaint. It is the resort fee.We had decided to extend our stay and they charged it to us again even though we had already paid for it. We will gladly stay here again."

"The room was good for our family of 5. Our problem was that we had no hot water 3 out of the 4 days we were there. And were told if we wanted to take hot showers we could go to the pool area to do it there. We had 6 different maintenance people in and out for 3 days."

"Enjoyed it, and it was more than enough space for my family. Keep in mind that this is a place for families, and children can be a little loud. It is their vacation too. The rooms/condos are not soundproof. Place is dated, and in some opinions, the place may require a renovation but not in my own opinion. The only thing that I required is that it be clean and free of pests, and it was. The only thing that I didn't care for is the $200 deposit hold in addition to payment for the room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and will probably visit again."

"Love the activities and the staff are super helpful! You could spend the majority of your vacation at the The Suites at Fall Creek and have a great time! The mini golf course is very challenging, and my kids loved the large indoor pool on a cold winter day. The game room was a big hit, too! This place is close to shows and restaurants. It's an easy drive here and easy to stay away from traffic from The Suites. I wasn't super impressed with the cleanliness of our bathroom or the overall quality of it. The bathroom needs a face-lift, but I don't know if that's indicative of all the rooms. Everything else was great!. We had a gorgeous view of the lake and even had an eagles nest just across the water with 2 bald eagles flying in and out of it. Our bed was comfortable, and even the couch bed was comfortable. We had ample space for our family of 6. We were choosing between The Suites and Grand Country Inn, and we are glad we chose this place, and we will definitely choose it again!"

"I recently stayed at The Suites at Fall Creek, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with every aspect of this wonderful resort. The suites themselves were simply fantastic. Spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, they provided the perfect retreat after a day of activities. The comfortable beds were a dream to sleep on, and I woke up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. Speaking of activities, there was mini golf, fishing, a game room with a pool table and shuffleboard. Overall, it was a great experience."
