Best Western Center Pointe Inn

"Pros: good price, free hot breakfast, good location, near restaurants, indoor pool and hot tub, great service from all employees, quiet, safe, microwave and refrigerator in room, lots of parking, free charging station for electric cars (tesla and non tesla). Con: blanket on bed too thin. Summary: I would definitely stay here again but I would bring my own blanket."

"Front desk staff was very friendly and a complete joy. Location is perfect. Rooms could use alittle updating. Room looked cleaned upon entering. I found bandaid wrappers under my bed, that came out from the wind . I also had what looked like a pubic hair on my bed. The toilet is caked with dried urine around the toilet seat screws-gross. I felt the floors were clean though, enough that I actually felt comfortable walking barefoot. I usually walk around with slippers on. We stayed 2 nights. We’re told cleaning crew would come in just replace towels. They did not. I went to front desk to ask for a couple clean towels and was told no because housekeeping will replenish . Again, they did not. The breakfast area was very clean and kept clean by the ladies in there. These gals rock. Great job."

"We planned a last minute trip to Branson and chose this hotel kind of at random. People at the front desk were super happy, polite and informative. We were pleasantly surprised at the room when we entered. Spacious and clean. We even had a jetted tub. Mattress was a tad to firm but that is probably really just personal choice. The pool and pool area are extremely nice. My only complaint was that when I booked the room (Same day we arrived) I specifically asked if the pool and hot tub were up and running and was told yes. When we arrived the hot tub had a sign on it saying the jets were out of order. Overall, it is a very nice hotel in a good quiet location."

"Our second time at this hotel on 12/14. Both visits were excellent. Staff is extremely nice and accommodating. Rooms are clean and well kept. The breakfast staff is very attentive and makes sure everything is always stocked and they serve up the hot food for you. Stayed here mainly because of location to Clay Cooper Theatre but will definitely stay here for future visits to Branson."

"The rooms are clean and comfortable. I read a review that said the faucets were very hard to turn on, which I had already found to be true. Ours were next to impossible to turn on unless we rotated the handle and pulled at the same time. The shower/tub was great, with built-in dispensers for body wash, shampoo & conditioner. The beds are firm and the pillows are small, but my wife and I slept on them fine. The heater, in our room had a wonky thermostat and we called the front desk at 2am. They brought us a couple of blankets and the maintenance man tinkered with the heater and got it to work. Overall, we were pleased with the service, location and comfort of our room, and breakfast was very good."
