"I rent a unit here. Not worth it. Stairs are falling apart. I called about them almost 3 weeks ago. Other apartments are giving us clean apartment cockroaches. They only have 2 beds 1 bath for 890 a month. Heres the big problem in my rent i have lawn care (of course) and a “bug man”. When we singed the lease 2 years ago the bug man was supposed to come every 1st Friday of every month i have seem him a max 10 times since bringing here and when he does come he ONLY sprays the kitchen door way going to the living room then leaves. What help does that do. Im a clean person always have but i have cockroaches so bad it’s disgusting."
