"I agree with Faith. I am a property owner. I have had a bad tenant in one of our properties for not paying the rent. I called to see what was going on, they would not call me and tell me what was going on,and if you called them they would never return phone call emails or text. At one point I waited 2 weeks before they got back to me. That just the tip the say they are fixing stuff then you get a bill again fir the same thing. I also had to ask for mt end-of-year report. Never Have I been contactted to see how the quarterly report are going. Never been just updated on progress. If you need a property manager this is not it."

"Poor property management. Nothing ever gets done in a timely manner or at all. They don’t even deserve the one star. In stead of fixing what needs done they went in and cancelled and or claimed they already fixed it. Then the way I get treated when I have to ask EVERY month when something will get done. They neglected the building so bad that me and my daughter fell down stairs that should have been replaced years ago. I never got asked if I was okay of if we needed any help. Just got told to have a good day they will come see if it was even the stairs or if I was the problem. This is just one disappointing story I have about Marie and the maintenance “crew” who NEVER return my calls."

"Yvonne was consistently a nightmare to work with while renting. Terrible service from beginning to end. Although the rentals have pleasant views - that was the only benefit. Mike, I believe is his name, the maintenance man - was the only genuine and helpful person in my entire experience. However, literally everyone else would greatly benefit from learning even the bottom basics of customer service."
