"Where should I start? I’d give 0 stars if I could. I recommend you don’t go here. I recommend you sleep in your car. The sidewalk is also a viable option. We moved into table rock apartments and moved back out in less than 3 days. The parking lot and grounds are filthy and it only gets worse from there. you will quickly find that not only is the inside dirty and unkempt and in varying levels of deterioration but also that you will be sharing your meals with the infestation of roaches. After taking a nice hot shower you will promptly be dripped on by the mystery substances leaking from the ceiling. And then OH LOOK there’s the roaches again; in the bathroom this time. If you enjoy the scent of stale cigarettes and weed The sidewalk is the place for you because that’s where you can smell it coming from the building. Enjoy nature? You can take a stroll through the garbage and discarded cigarettes littering the parking lot and grounds. To add to the nightmare, you will be denied a refund on the month rent AND security deposit although you damaged nothing and only stayed in the unit one single night. Or you can be trapped in a horrible lease with horrible management who was perfectly friendly… but only at first. Then they become extremely rude and disrespectful. This place is the BIGGEST scam I have EVER experienced. Please please please do not even consider this as an option when looking for a place to live."

"Officially the worst company you could ever rented from. Property in Branson, their office in Springfield, every request takes months to fulfill. NO security! No service! Trash? Who cares! Snow? Clean it yourself! Leaking roof? MOLD!? "Will get back to you soon..." THAT WAS TWO MONTH AGO! I've experienced it all!!! Crystal will lie to you while using unprofessional tone. Owner only cares about taking money! After 2 years I am done complaining with no result!"

"Ive had bugs for a while, it took them a month to even send an exterminator and its been taking longer than two to send someone to clean my fridges motor out because it’s infested, they refused to replace it, the customer service is terrible, they dodge questions left and right and it takes them forever to relay information amongst themselves, when we moved in we found trash and dirt spots like it wasn’t even cleaned and there is leaks in our floors leading to the apartment below."
