Park Place Apartments

"I lived at Park Place for four years. The apartments could use some updating, but really aren’t in bad shape. I enjoyed my time there and never had many problems. There are sketchy things going on nearby, but I think the well lit parking lot keeps most of that away from the complex itself. There’s not much soundproofing going on as I could hear my neighbors as if they were in my unit. Maintenance was fine, but they replaced the guys I always dealt with right before I left, so I can’t speak on how things are currently handled. New management took over, and while they put work in on the property ( New roofs, outdoor lights and the dog park), it was at the expense of the residents. At the time I moved out, rent was going for at least $300 more than it was when I moved in, which is insane. My rent went up every time I renewed my lease, and had I renewed again, I was gonna have to pay $75 more than I was previously paying. Also, if you moved in prior to Bryan properties taking over, don’t waste much time deep cleaning upon move-out as you aren’t going to get your deposit back regardless. Though it’s been 6 months since I moved out, I believe it was a cleaning fee and a sanitation fee they hit me with that coincidently totaled the exact amount of my deposit."

"Lived here since July 2023. It's quiet, but still close to the 76 strip. Management and maintenance are both easy to contact. The residents don't cause trouble and it's pet friendly. The apartments need some updates and the laundry room is too small, but other than that not a bad place."

"Slightly dated, but good two bedroom, two bathroom apartments for a reasonable price. Management is responsive and helpful and maintenance requests are always filled/fixed quickly. Good complex to have a pet in. Plenty of parking for tenants. Love the complex pool overlooking a gorgeous view."

The giveaway isn't influencing this review, but I feel like it should be clarified that a potential reward is being offered as a condition for reviewing.** It's a solid, quiet place to live. Inspections are done quarterly as well as semi-annual pest control to make sure things are up to standard. The rent price range is currently right in the middle compared to surrounding apartment complexes. I've never had any problems with management, and maintenance is handled through an online Appfolio portal which is nice for accountability. The location is nice, being off the 76 and a mere 5 minutes from Wendy's. God I love Wendy's."
