"I am the new property manager here, I also live on site. I am working as hard as I can to make this an awesome place to live and raise a small family. The owner has already made huge improvements to the property. We have new landscaping and all of the trees/shrubs have been trimmed. Our maintenance guy is also working hard to give us all a fun place for evening BBQs, he has refurbished the picnic tables and takes time each day to pick up any trash that is on the property. I love my job and will go above and beyond for any tenant or new applicant. So if you are looking for a rental in the Nixa area reach out and give us a try! Also remember that most bad reviews are due to the tenant not getting a full refund of their deposits or they did not follow rules and had to be given a lease violation. I do work hard to make sure all tenants are in compliance with their lease and also the city covenants. "Look at any other apartment in Nixa but this. Really bad experience all around. The landlord/manager will be breathing down your neck every chance they can to point out something they don’t like. They have a horrible reputation for calling the police on people for no reason but will make up lies to sweeten their accusations. Do yourself a favor and avoid future headaches. I’ve lived in this city for 25 years and am not alone on my opinion."

"Can’t say enough nice things about my 2 bedroom apartment I had while I lived in Nixa for 8 months. It was wonderful, very comfortable and the landlords were so nice and helpful anytime I needed them. I would absolutely recommend Eaglewood Apartments to anyone looking for a place to stay.
