"I have lived in these apartments for about 4-5 years. We love it here. It has a playground and workout place. The landlord is great too. Theresa has been so helpful these past two years. She’s always working so hard to make sure our needs are met as tenants."

"Ok....so Dena is gone. Bonus. But my rent has gone up over $80 in the 3 years that I have been here but without any real justification as to why. This is supposed to be income based but they rates keep going up.. We have a revolving maintenance staff that management can't seem to keep happy. They are constantly quitting. Building and parking lot preventative maintenance hasn't been done the entire time I have been here. Now I have a bed bug issue for the first time in my life. The apartment has been heat treated once which didn't fix the issue. Now my kids and I are being blamed for "bringing them back in " when I'm pretty sure the treatment done less than 10 days ago never worked. This has happened before to a couple living in a different unit. They refuse to check the adjoining apartments. It's all a bunch of BS. So management has decided to do nothing until I find the source. If you have other options, do not lease from this place."

"What a wonderful place to work at. The residents are awesome. I couldn't have picked a better place to be employed at. I never thought that I would have been backed doored by Dena. I will never ever want to be seen in the same room as this lady. She is definitely a back stabber behind your back not to your face. I hated that I had to leave good residents behind due to poor management by Dena. She always wanted to know your business. Then she spread it through out the complex. The only way I will ever work at Abbey Orchard again is if Dena was gone. She is a very vicious lady that I would not tolerate. She have her pick of residents that she would do anything for. But some others that really needed help she helped them right out the door. I experience that situation the day before I left. I couldn't work for someone like that anymore at all. Fair Way Management I love you all as a company. But that bad apple (Dena) needs to come off the tree."

"From Nick Miller......My wife Mary and I have lived at Abbey Orchard for the past 14 years and are signing our new lease for our 15th year. We are very particular senior citizens and would have been gone a long time ago if we weren't happy here. I was in sales all my life before I retired and do have the GIFT OF GAB so when I'm waking around the complex I enjoy talking with other tenants who are out and about and most are very happy here. We have made life long friends here.We have have had many Managers here during the time we lived here and believe me DENA our present manager has been the VERY BEST. The maintenance crew headed by Terence is the very best. The grounds are also kept up so nice. In ALL the years we've lived here no one has been in our apartment without our knowledge. Perhaps there are some who live here who don't pay their rent on time or don't keep the rules and regulations which all complexes have are maybe the ones that do all the complaining. I don't have all the answers but I do believe most people are good ! All I can say is DENA...Keep Up The GOOD WORK !!"
