"Water leak, decide to shut off water too all the units in the building for an entire night, "they hope to have it fixed by morning" absolutley exhausting living here. These people can get nothing right. Shut down an entire buildings water supply to fix a pipe, and then leave it turned off overnight. No temp fixes, it's 7 pm, no one working on the pipeline. If your offering amenities to your residents it's your job too keep those ammenities up to code, not to mention provide a solution if something goes wrong. Not sit there and say sorry. This goes even further back than this, including taking two days too move a tree out of the parking lot. Or the fact that when we originally moved in our AC was out. Took over 3 weeks to get it fixed. This is the last place you would want to live. Something new every two weeks."
"I lived here for a year and inherited a house but compared to every other rental company I rented from Regina and spring valley blew everyone else out of the water. The place was nice and the landlord was very pleasant. I had plenty of space for my dog to run and play fetch. I kinda miss living there."
"This is a great place to live. I have lived here for almost a year & have nothing but great things to say. I just recently renewed my lease for another year. Regina the office manager/landlord is amazing as well as the maintenance workers. Anytime there is a problem they are on top of it that same day to get it fixed. Quiet, family oriented complex. The outside was recently remodeled and looks amazing!!"
"My family and I have lived at Spring Valley for a year now and we just signed a lease for our second year. We love it! Regina has always been kind, helpful, and understanding. The construction that is wrapping up has made the place look even better than before! The residents are friendly and we have always felt safe and welcomed here. We also love that our kids have room to play at the playground and the good amount of grassy areas. It has been the perfect fit for us and we are looking forward to another great year!"
