"Use to like this place till we got the most awesome neighbors above us. They flick they’re cigarettes all over our porch, they leave they’re dog on the balcony to poop all over ours, they leave they’re dog home alone for literally days at time and he howls and cries, they’re kids cry and scream all the time (and I mean scream). When I call to report it to the office or do a wellness check, no one cares or does anything. Allowing people like this to continue doing this to other tenants and not actually caring about their property or others really goes to show how well this place has been. Absolutely disgusting filthy people and the owners that allow this are just as bad."

"We lived here for almost 5 years. We had very minimal issues and whatever issues we had were quickly resolved! Danielle Gunter was so easy and awesome to work with and I highly recommend her! Pool and park were great and it has quick access to Walmart. Best apartments in Nixa, without question."
