"We have been here since 2023 and have enjoyed our time so far. Office staff is always available and maintenance always get the work orders completed. Grounds are kept decent. Pool is nice. Ample parking space. Nice exterior and spacious apartment homes. Doorbells are a nice touch."

"I have lived here for several months and have had a great experience. The staff is incredibly nice and always goes out of their way to help if you have an issue or questions. The area feels very safe and it’s just far enough out of Springfield to be away from the city but close enough to have everything at your finger tips. Would recommend for anybody asking."
"I cannot recommend highly enough these apartments! I typically don't write reviews but if anyone is considering this apartment please read this. My husband and I have lived in several apartments in the Springfield area and this by far has been our best experience. They have reasonable prices and great amenities, as well as an incredible office staff. Seriously, they were always(!) friendly with us and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Internet speeds were great, good enough for gaming and streaming. The complex is very friendly towards kids and pets, and we never had safety concerns. They don't scam you on move out, which we have unfortunately experienced, and were prompt with repairs. Thank you Old Stone! We are sad to be leaving."
