I'm a former Store Mgr. at a similar place in a neighboring state who took a store from last (out of 17) to 3rd in 1 yr. You've got to get to know your customers and go the extra mile (special orders, etc.), which, frankly No One in Springfield retail seems to. But, again, this store has the stuff."

"I purchased a shirt and when it was washed the screenprinting partially came off. The first wash. I was told that after something was washed they will not do anything. This was on my second trip back because the first time I went back I was told I would need to come back and talk to the manager between 8-5 Tuesday-Saturday. I will never buy from here again and would recommend that you do not either."
