"I never lived here but I did a door dash order here and before even entering the building I smelled a strong cigarette smell. Then the inside was worse. Not a welcoming place at all on the inside, kinda creepy inside"
"Rent is definitely a huge plus. Maintenance takes away from the stars. I reported my ac not working almost a week ago and no one has come to fix it and I don't feel safe with my windows open. I reported over an hour ago that my carbon monoxide detector is buzzing really loud and still no one has come to fix it. It's so loud that it is echoing down the halls. There is no way I can sleep with it doing this but they don't know if it'll be fixed today. And they are closed for the next 3 days!"
"I like the location and my place. Very convenient and neighborhood amenities make it a good find. My place is clean and bugless and that is HUGE for me. The only 2 negatives is my case is that I'm by a door in the Lodge and people talk extremely loud at times and wakes me up. That's a small thing. My big thing is that you are forced to use Cox cable. I don't like monopolies and the gouging that is Cox. Not allowed other vendors because of the dish needed. Never a problem with management myself."
"Some people who live there kiss the landlord ass to much you can't get along with someone when they think they are better than everyone else they allow this one guy to sit in the hallway where ever he wanted to rather by someone door or whatever just because he's only able to use one side of his body according to the landlord he's allowed to set wherever he wants to he likes setting outside other peoples door in the lodge I wouldn't live in the lodge again if they paid me to its not that clean anyway"
"Great community for the handicap & the elderly. Sometimes there's people that loiter around unwelcome but the police do a good job of patrolling the area."
