"I currently live in the Lodge for the disabled and elderly here. The staff is really nice and friendly for the most part. The problems I've had so far is that maintenance is poor. In the 6 months I've lived here, my refrigerator had never been properly repaired or replaced although it leaks water all across my kitchen floor and does not seal properly. My heat and air did not work when I moved in and it got really hot in my apartment but wasn't fixed for three weeks until my doorbell buzzer messed up and was make a very loud buzzing sound. They did fix that same day and took care of my heat and air at the same time. The dryers in the community laundry that are for the use of the people downstairs has been out of order more often than working since I've lived here, and they are coin operated which surprised me. You are not allowed to use the laundry facilities for upstairs or others on the property. You can be threatened with eviction and even actually evicted if any resident reports anything about you whether true or not and all it takes to make enemies is to keep to yourself. Residents here like to be up in everyone's business. Due to a recent experience which I will not go into, I recommend purchasing a body cam to wear anytime you leave your apartment. The staff is kind, not all of the residents are."
