"I have 2 preschool aged enrolled at Rising Sun Learning Center at 103rd and State Line Rd for nearly a year. The staff is caring and very skilled including certified educators. The administration provides training and support to the staff so the programming is a rigorous educational experience as well as a fun, socially, and emotionally supportive environment. My littles have some developmental delays and they have made a tremendous amount of progress in the caring and supportive environment. The staff and the enrolled kiddos are diverse adding to the enrichment of the programming. I could not recommend them more highly."
