He helped me correct my form, gave me great advice on everything from releases to arrow fletchings and even bragged about taking a deer at 65 yards lol. He even went out of his way to wax my cables. I will definitely be returning with all my bow needs!"

"Been going to these guys for 10 years, very knowledgeable and great service! Always friendly. Even when they’re busy they get me taken care of as fast as possible. Had my bow re-strung and went to pick it up, ended up adding a new sight and whisker biscuit while I was there, they didn’t even charge me for labor on the install, just the price of the new strings. I won’t go anywhere else."

"One of the poorest experiences with a small shop. Went in after reading strong reviews, gentleman behind the register asked “ what you want?”, without ever getting up. Explained getting into bow hunting after buying some property and came to B&B after reading online reviews. He basically pointed to his rack of bows said we have packages at $500 up to high end bows at $1800. He then basically had had enough of me and went about his business of I’m not sure what. I was looking for some input on bows in general, my feeling is he was put out by my being there. I looked at inventory expecting him or someone to assist but was ignored. Too bad as I would have bought a bow setup and have 2 boys in their 20’s who are looking. Instead B&B gets a poor review and lost a customer. I’m sure if you are a seasoned bow owner they would treat you differently. The tech was busy so probs a good Ŧ department but not for novices."

"The guys at this shop are very knowledgeable and helpful. Over the past 5 years of my husband and I have taken our bows to be serviced by the crew here and have always had a good experience, until today. Randy was condescending, belligerent, and unprofessional. Maybe he would be better suited working behind the scenes instead of client-facing. As a teacher and mom, I don’t allow my 14 year old students (let alone my 3 year old) to speak to me the way he did today. I was absolutely floored. If you go in, best to ask for help from, quite literally, anyone but him."

"Went in today to get some arrows cut down and others refletched. These two guys were extremely helpful and did a great job on my arrows while I waited as they got right on it. Gave me some great behind the scenes insight and advice on new bows I've been looking at. Highly recommend these guys!"
