Inspite of the fact that I told her what I could not afford, she never gave up. She continued to show me items in different areas. Ultimately, I made a nice purchase for my wife. Even though a coworker tried to direct me to the concierge for gift wrapping, Ms. Harriet corrected her and walked me to where I needed to go. Impeccable customer service!"

"What has Happened to Halls???? This used to be a destination department store to shop. Now, it has scaled back its luxury jewelry and the bar where one could indulge in a glass of champagne sits empty and vacant. For the record: a few weeks back I purchased a Freida Rothman necklace priced at almost $1000. I have since misplaced it. Sadly. So the only place to replace it was on Freida's website. Guess what I paid? Less than $500. Just gross--the 50% markup. This store was once a jewel. Now it's drawing blood from loyal customers who remember what it once was. Don't Bother!!!!"

"The store is very exclusive. I really liked its variety of brands and sneakers. I wanted to buy but at the moment I had the money for a project. I would like to know if they have a web store to buy from or can only essentially be purchased?. the people who serve are lovely"
