"No real phone number no one picks up the so called line .. placed a order on sat I know it was the weekend but here it’s Tuesday and the order is still not shipped off went off what I heard but obviously u can’t do tht horrible service and shopping experience I’ll just order directly from pro mag as I should of !!! "I ordered 2 magazines at the end of September. I finally received 1, but not the other. I inquired about it on Nov. 28 and was told apologies for the misorder, the other magazine would be sent and an email showing confirmation. Nothing received and no response to where it is. I am having to go to my Credit card company to reverse charges. I have no clue why they are so incompetent, but they are. They did not respond back and it has been almost a month now since they promised to send my order complete."
