"Honestly the worse place I’ve ever lived. They never work with you, they never fulfill maintenance requests. Never answer their phones, they are hardly ever at the office. They just recently started getting on top of pest control and my partner and I complaining for almost an entire year straight about roaches and other bugs. They tired to put us in a completely unfinished apartment when we first moved in and then tried to blame us for EVERYTHING that was wrong in the apartment even though we hadn’t even moved our things in yet. They are awful people. This is an awful place to live. I would just save yourself some time and look somewhere else"

"Firstly, apartment was not clean at all when I moved in. Was just left as is how the previous tenant left it. Reached out to management but no response. This place I have been living in and suddenly in summertime the roach problem starts. They charge you monthly pest control but only provide pest service quarterly. BIG RED FLAG!!! I have provided the management with pictures of roaches here and there in the apartment, still not taken seriously. I was promised a deep pest control treatment other than regular but still got regular treatment. Property managers don’t care about their residents, just push everything back. the staff working in office lives in the apartment complex as well so please don’t trust any of them, they don’t even know half of the stuff and will upsell you. Anyway, the pest issue was troubling me for more than 4 months and no treatment or follow ups. NO communication preferences from management side. Management makes various excuses for not getting into your apartment. I was told that they did not have a key to my apartment. If you are falling for less rent and can afford a better place, please do not come/stay/live here. This will destroy you in and out. Even if you cannot afford this rent, please do not gamble on your health. Do not take reviews for granted, they do speak for themselves and are honest. It’s not like, they are getting some sort of revenge on management. REPLY AFTER MNGT COMMENT: I HAVE CHANGED MY NAME TO KEEP MY IDENTITY SAFE, I WONT REVEAL THAT IN ANY MANNER. PUT I HAVE EXPERIENCED ALL OF THE ABOVE AND IS TRUE TO BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE."

"If I could give this place a negative rating I would. The management and ownership need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. This apartment complex takes advantage of people in need of housing. There is constant apartment break-ins ( my friend’s apartment was broken into 4 times) and the apartment manager or staff will not address it. They claim they are investigating the matter, however, they refuse to answer any calls or even address the matter. The apartment owner, property manager, and maintenance staff are trash . The owners hired incompetent staff to do their dirty work. The apartment complex houses hard working residents and the apartment rather ignore or meet the needs of those residents when requested. In 2023, someone was murdered in the complex and they failed to notify the residents. I would not recommend this place to a dog!!! The owners and management need to be ashamed of taking the residents money and not providing a safe, clean, and affordable housing environment. The maintenance is poor, bugs are present in the apartments and Larry, the maintenance staff gets an attitude when you ask him to do his job. I would recommend that the owners fire the whole staff, get rid of your residents who are thieves ( you know who they are), and hire staff who care about the residents and community. The owners of this property must be trash and money hungry to keep allowing this to go on at their property. I feel sorry for people who cannot afford to move or who do not have access to better housing. This apartment complex will set you up for failure. Please be careful, cautious, and ask questions if you have to move here."

"DO NOT EVEN SUBMIT AN APPLICATION TO THIS PLACE. My sister and I submitted an application for a townhouse. She paid $60, but we changed our mind before I paid the $60 application fee and $150 administration fee. We did not try to get the $60 back. Today we were notified that we are being sent to collections for $210 for CHANGING OUR MINDS. We now have to speak to the collections company to handle this. Why not just keep our $60 and leave us only. If you processed the application without our full payment that is your fault. Not ours."

"would never recommend anyone to live here. have had a live infestation of roaches for months. have reported for months. every time i or my partner report it, it’s always “they’ll be there in 2 weeks” yet there’s “no record of them saying that”. this time, we were told it’s quarterly and that they’ll come on 10/6, yet we still have to pay every month for something we don’t get. ever. we still have no notice. i had to fight to get my 3 month old traps replaced because they’re full of roaches. most likely will not receive any treatment on the 6th. we also have no lights outside of apartment door. so if someone wanted to attack, they would have plenty of places to hide at night. management does not seem to care about any issues because they most likely don’t have to live with it. i wouldn’t say even say you get what you pay for, because you get nothing from this complex. rent is constantly changing because you get charged for what everyone uses, not what you use. my partner and i are better off paying more rent we can’t afford than here, because we most likely won’t be paying rent for roaches."
