Clear View Apartments

"Awful apartments were so expensive for no reason. Called so many times about a leak in my bathroom, the first few times they didn't even answer, then they came to try and fix it once or twice, and it just kept coming back. You also are not safe here. My roommates car got stolen, AND we were in our car one night, and a shooting happened right in front of us. Neighbors are rude, loud, and leave dog poop and their kids' toys outside all the time. In my first few months i went in to try to pay my reant with cash cause i didnt know they couldn't do that and they varely acknowledged me, seemed like they wanted to get me out as fast as possible, then they couldnt give me a clear explanation on why they couldnt take cash or how i was supposed to pay in cash so i jyst had to forget about it. Amd they advertise a pool and gym and all that, only ever tried the pool and gym but the pool is TINY and im not sure if it was the gym but i saw no other place where it could have been, no signs or anything except a room with some gym equipment amd mostly a bunch of boxes and trash to the point where you could varely walk around. I really would not recommend choosing clear view as your next apartments. Choose somewhere safer and where you're treated like a human."

"Management was the ONLY good thing about this place. No surveillance. My apartment was robbed and vandalized multiple times. Gunfire rang through the halls on two occasions. Locked doors get proped open all the time. I did not feel safe when I lived there. Very unfortunate"

"This is the absolute worst apartment complex to ever move to. The Maintenance guy is very good at his job and needs to find a better company to work. But the rest of the team is very unprofessional and will talk about you behind your back. The crime in this area is scary and cars are being broken into almost every day. Cadillac converters are stolen a lot. People are always shooting guns around and cars get hit. If you have kids... do not move here.... IT IS NOT SAFE. But if you are looking for drugs, this is the place for you."

"Clear View Apartments are the best apartments I have ever lived in. The property is very well maintain trash, lawn etc. Everyone is very friendly. The two bedroom two bath (what I stay in) is huge very spacious and nice. Most of all what makes these apartments amazing to live in is, Andrea the property manager! She’s very sweet and understanding. Out of all the apartments we checked out she drew my gf and I in she made us feel like we was already part of the community before we actually were. Her communication is excellent she will answer any questions you have. They do allowed pets and the deposit isn’t outrageous which is wonderful. I’ve lived here going on 4 months and honestly I don’t have one complaint. So glad we chose Clear View Apartments!"

"I chose Clear View as my first apartment being on my own. I felt comfortable living there as they placed me in the same building as the leasing office. The staff there are wonderful, very helpful, and they're funny. Over the course of the year I stayed there, there was many improvements to the parking lot and the club house. I never had a chance to swim in the pool or use the gym, but it was a really nice salt water pool and a gym that wasnt busy. My neighbors were all really nice and would always greet me as I walked by. I loved living there, and I would recommend it to whoever is interested in finding a quality place to live."
