"I have reached out 3 different times in the past couple of months to the property via through the portal ( also emailing detailed documentation of my DV case), calling the office, and calling the corporate number in regards to a domestic violence incident i was involved in a month after moving in. Each time i have called i am sent to voicemail, or the operator answers and tells me they will escalate the issue to management to return my call….I have not been contacted m. I pay my rent and utilities on time and I have explained in my voicemails and email that I can no longer stay with my lease due to me and my child’s safety and financial situation since my incident. I am still waiting for someone to get back in touch with me regarding breaking my lease without being discriminated against. I have already turned off all my utilities and moved most of my belongings out of the apartment. I do not understand how such a serious situation goes unnoticed when brought to your attention. If i was to stop paying rent I am sure you have no hesitation with reaching out to me to collect from me. i hope this gets someone’s attention to reach out to me to help resolve this issue before I allow my lawyer to step in and advocate for me as he said he would if I still do not hear back from the property."

"RUN from this apartment complex! We weren't allowed to see our lease until the day we moved in, the management team also got our move in date wrong, leaving us without a place to stay. Upon moving in, the check in process took over two hours and the staff was all very confused and struggled with every step. Since moving in there is a forever rotating office staff that NEVER answer the phone. There is a call service but the office staff told us that they never receive those messages. Any matinence requests take weeks and dozens of calls to the office to get resolved. The office staff rarely had the knowledge or resources to provide any help to residents. The facilities are not cleaned regularly, if at all. Also it's roach infested."
