"I had the pleasure of working with Helen W. at Lucas Place to secure my apt. and I couldn't be happier with the agent experience. From the moment we walked into the leasing office, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. Helen took the time to understand my preferences, find and showcase the perfect space for me. Throughout the leasing process, Helen was incredibly responsive and attentive to any questions or concerns I had. "If your looking for a nice secure place to live you definitely do not want to live here. You minus well live under the Pennway bridge. They don't even tell druggie and homeless to leave premisses while they are inside the lobby. Trash. My advice would be google place that are in the ghetto and they would probably be more secure then this place."

"My experience at Lucas Place Lofts has been enjoyable. The building is well maintained, with modern community space, theater, and a clean gym. I had a stress-free move-in thanks in large part to my leasing agent, Helen. My previous building had unreliable plumbing and HVAC, but my current unit at Lucas Place Lofts does not. While moving in, I discovered the kitchen sink had detached from the counter. The maintenance staff promptly resolved the issue after receiving the request. The windows are newer, which makes a significant difference in both winter and summer seasons."

"I have lived here just under 1 month and so far, everything has been very very enjoyable. My unit is beautiful, it is a, for the most part, a very quiet place to live. (I’m coming from Wyandotte county so that is a big change for me. A welcome change). Maintenance is prompt and courteous. My favorite is Helen. The leasing agent. She facilitated my move here with ease and support. I feel very taken care of here at Lucas Place Lofts."
