"Rude and ineffectual management. Does not repair maintenance issues. GOD forbid you have to call for assistance, as they will attempt to nickel and dime you into oblivion for doing their job. If the building’s main door locks you out via code, they will demand you pay $45 CASH to send maintenance. That sounds INCREDIBLY illegal; make sure you have a strongly detailed paper trail. As they receive federal funding for Section 8, their tenants should not be subsidizing workers’ wages."

"they have new management. but not sure about them. I lived here in 2020 and they were awful. the units are awesome...maintenance was awesome. But I lost my job and had some huge expenses catch up to me and they had NO SYMPATHY to late rent...solutions...or letting me out of the lease. It was awful. And when I moved out they still billed me for months of back rent. They didn't try to sublease or help me out at all. It was the way the handled it. Don't live here unless you have a ton of money and can cover up messes on your own. Cause they won't help you at all."
