"They never answer any calls or call back. We have had nothing but issues regarding the new tenants below us. They smoke inside and it lingers into our apartment and blast music all hours of the day and night."

"I cannot get out of these apartments soon enough. The “management” apparently changes every few months it seems. None of them answer the phone and when they do they have an attitude and are not helpful at all. There is absolutely no reprieve from the noise from the unit upstairs, it’s OBNOXIOUS. They don’t respond to any maintenance requests at all. The rent has gone up twice somehow since I moved in a year and a half ago and it is most definitely not worth it. Not to mention they said the pool would be open last summer and it never opened nor did they tell the residents it wouldn’t be opening. The only perk this place had and we didn’t even have it last summer."

"1 star because we need a place to live and these apartments were playing with us. We went to go see a 1 bedroom. They didn't have it ready apparently, so we looked at a 2 bedroom instead. The lady "johnay" or whatever it is said she would call us back the next day and we have heard NOTHING....Looks NOTHING like the website. Website shows white and grey interior new appliances and wood flooring. This 2 bedroom was small, dingy, and had appliances so old I thought I stepped back into a time machine. Been leaving voice-mail and not one response back. I don't even want to live here anymore."

"Regina is Awesome!!! I moved into my new Apartment recently. Regina was very Professional, Respectful, Pleasant, Nice and very Compassionate from the time I applied to my Move-in. Her Customer Service is above and beyond. I have seem some bad Customer Service from people. But Regina definitely raises the Bar when it comes to Customer Service. She does a great job of making you know what the expectation is when Living at Cambridge Commons. I Love my New Apartment!!! I met a few of my Neighbors. Everyone is nice and Respectful. The Neighborhood is very quiet. Regina is Great!! Keep up the good work Regina. GOD Bless -Darrell Wrenn."

"If I could give Miss Regina a 10 star I would, she is wonderful, she will go that extra mile to explain to you everything about Eagle Heights apartments. When you talk to her is like you known her for a long time. She has a lot of patience. She has excellent customer service, very responsive and great quality. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. The location is also perfect. Thank you Miss Regina for your making Chouteau Heights a welcoming place."
