"I have lived in my historic and unique unit here for almost four years. There have been significant upgrades to the property during the last year for security and amenities. Erin Fern, our office manager, is responsive, experienced, and fosters community building events for the residents. I would not want to live anywhere else!"

"Its place is becoming wonderful!! The manager listen to all our issues and they get fixed right the way + everything is so clean! She also organizes great activities (board games nights, a bus tout to watch Christmas lights,…) creating a warm community in the building! It became a really great place to live! "My husband and I have lived in West Side Lofts for almost a year now and have enjoyed our experience! We rented the apartment knowing that there would be new management in the coming months and had a lot of reasons from reviews and previous tenants not to rent here, but decided to take a chance because the price, location, and character could not be beat. After being here almost a year, we can say that we've genuinely enjoyed our experience. The management is responsive and making a huge effort to change the culture of the building; the physical apartment spaces are absolutely beautiful and unique; and the other tenants who have moved-in in the last year are super nice and really care about the property and the other tenants. And we really love that we can walk to the restaurants/coffee shops nearby in the Westside neighborhood, Crossroads, Quality Hill, downtown, etc. -- the location is a city-dweller's dream! There are quirks, of course, like there would be with any property, but ultimately they are easy to live with and do not diminish the wonderful aspects. We bought a house, so we, unfortunately, will only be one year tenants, but wish we could stay longer and recommend the West Side Lofts to anyone."

"This building is so cool ! It’s an old school turned into lofts and the way it was done is just beautiful. New management is great and has implemented lots of new amenities. Erin is great. She is so nice and responsive . New outdoor furniture, fire pits, a new lounge, dog park, and it’s been so great to live in this neighborhood. So many great restaurants walking distance ! I love it here !"
