"Never got to actually see the building. I guess I'll give it the benefit of the doubt it's lovely and management is lovely? All I know is I just drove a half an hour to meet with the representative, then circled the buildings for 15 minutes trying to find a place to park, and frantically trying to get ahold of her while trying to avoid getting in an accident and when I finally got through she said she'd left and I was welcome to reschedule. I have no desire to relieve that nightmare. Nor am I interested in wasting anymore gas money. I wish the other people scheduled to view the apartments a much better experience."

"Would not recommend living here. Left rusted over water in the washer for me to find upon move in, mold all over the unit, and in the AC, multiple visits by the cops for other tenants and no improvements on the actually units. Just the property management (Clemons) finding reasons to charge people more and more for no reason. If you have very very low expectations and are fine being gouged for location it is the place for you"

"Do. Not. Live. Here. A man tried to break into my apartment in the middle of the night and assault me. I did not know this man. I had to call 911 and the police could not enter into my apartment building to help me because Clemons Real Estate (management company who manages these apartments) did not cooperate with Police in giving them access into the buildings in emergency situations (the officer who helped me during this break in attempt, informed me of that). Thankfully another resident heard the sirens and the man trying to break into my apartment and ran down to let the police in. Once I communicated with Clemons Real Estate that I did not feel safe living there and wanted to move out, they had told me that they had changed the lock on the front door to my apartment building, so “technically” they did everything they were supposed to and I would need to pay $2100 to break my lease. Not to mention, I had a mouse issue in my apartment, roach infestation at one point and the AC unit leaked into the foundation and rotted out the wall. For safety reasons, I recommend not living here. Or any place that this property management owns. As if you’re in an unsafe place, they will not let you leave without paying."
