Antioch Gardens Apartments

"I only just moved in November and so far it's been an amazing experience. I came from Georgetown just a few minutes away after they changed management and up their prices to exorbitant amounts for a simple run down studio. The whole process of applying, meeting to go over the lease, and getting handed my keys in person after short inspection of my new apartment with them went amazingly and with so much care. It's nearly Christmas and we've gotten hand written holiday cards to hand written birthday cards from their office which is so amazing and shows how much care they have for their residents. They respond quick to emails and texts about maintenance and general questions and have really decent pricing on their apartments. One of their one bedrooms (even recently renovated) is about the same price as my last STUDIO apartment that was falling apart in all sorts of ways at Georgetown. I couldn't recommend this place more, it feels like they truly care for their residents amd I hope to stay here as long as I can. :)"

"I have lived here 4 years now. I really havent stopped loving my place! My view is of the tranquil back view with a creek that runs through it.... I love watching all of the animals that go through it. Overall my building is extremely quiet. Quick access to the highway, it only takes me 15 minutes to get to work downtown. Love!"
