"I lived here from 2008-2013. Reasonable rent. Quiet place. Never had any bug issues. I had a studio and I loved it. It is an older complex, so keep in mind that interior is a bit outdated, but still cute. Betty in the office was friendly, and most times willing to work with you if ever you needed anything, as long as you kept the communication open. Convenient location too."

"I lived here 5 years ago and can honestly tell you this place was a great experience for me. These people worked hard to always take care of any maintenance needed (which was rare for me) and totally easy people to work with. If I had a hard month they always accommodated as long as you communicated with office and followed through on what arrangement you made with them. I loved my studio. Never had a bug issue at all! I am grateful these people were so kind and understanding when I was in a very hard time of my life. Couldn’t say enough good things about them. Terrific! Sandra"
