Windsong Apartments

"Terrible place, would have problems every month, whether it was my washer flooding my bedroom, leaks from ceiling, flooding from foundation in my living room, ac and heat not working for a month, and yet never had reduced rent any of those months. Car was stolen out of the parking lot in march of 2023 and they said they’d get cameras installed. It is now almost 2024 and still no cameras. Trash would be left outside and inside the apartments for weeks which led to many blow flies getting in my apartment. Homeless people will get in and sleep under the stairs of the hallways as well. If you try and go to talk to someone in the office there will never be anyone there."

"I currently live here and it’s probably the worst place I have lived by far. I was told there were working washers and dryers and told them the one thing I wanted was a washer and dryer. All the apartments with washers and dryers were not available when I moved so they showed me their laundry units at the basement of the apartments. Come to find out they don’t work! I have been here 7 months so far and every time I ask they say they are being fixed but don’t know when. They will also tow your car if your tags are expired etc. My car was broken into yet they don’t have cameras. And don’t get me started on the TRASH!! They also lied to me about the carpet. I didn’t want carpet and they said that all the other top floor apartments have carpet, which is a lie because I live on the top floor and the apartment across from me does not have carpet. They will tell you anything to get you to move in these apartments. I don’t trust them."

"This place is horrible stay clear and run don’t think twice! New management took over and February and it has gone down hill. I loved my apartment it was peaceful and clean. Now there is trash in the building hallways trash in the parking lot. You can to make complaints they don’t answer you leave emails they don’t respond. My apartment flooded the lady in the office act like I was wrong for being upset because they didn’t care. All the noise complaints they act as if they never were made! I’ve been complaining for two weeks about this and they still have not yet to fix I’m so happy my lease is ending soon. Oh faint forget about the mold in my apartment they just don’t care"

"RUN, RUN, RUN AWAY! I wish I could give them negative stars. Renting under this property management group will make you regret it. They let the property go down after switching management groups. From inconsistent communication on email and phone calls to lying about simple requests, they will not treat you with dignity or respect. They took over my lease by force and it has still been one of the worst things to happen to me. My AC has gone out multiple times and the group drags their feet to help fix it, they have broken my lease multiple times by giving me an 8-hour notice the day before expecting to come into my apartment for small things, and they let tenants throw glass bottles all over the parking lot resulting in multiple tires being popped. Outside of that, they wrongfully gave me a notice for eviction even though I have never been late for rent and sent over evidence proving so. You will never get a true apology for their mess-ups. Please take my advice and stay away from this management group/apartment complex, you won't regret it!"
