"Honestly, as far as landlords and management- this has been the most flexible and supportive living environment I have found. I have been here for 3 years and will be moving out next month as I have finished college! Pepper and her team have been flexible with me, compassionate, and generated situations that allow me to feel more supported by Waldo Heights rather than them being a barrier. It is a cheaper apartment in a not so great area however I would say it’s safe in the complex! This is an amazing place for those who need cheap living or who are students! As long as you are respectful and communicative the Waldo heights Team will take care of you! (Ngl- all maintenance requests were taken care of that day! That’s rare!!!)"

"Do not move here. I lived here for 3 years and I the all neighbors where nice and welcoming but management is terrible. I terminated my lease one month before it ends ( started college) and paid the last month I was living there. Signed a paper that I left and terminated my lease and now owe them another month..... Tell me how that makes sense? I talked the manager maria i think her name was and she was very rude and had a fake happy voice if yea know what I mean never go here there are apartments right next door for the same price."
