"I recently moved out of this complex. It is a great location near river market and just about everything else I like to do. It is a historical building which can come with its issues, but the property manager, Erin, does her best to ensure tenants are taken care of. Along with the beautiful building and great location, the unit itself was lovely. Hardwood flooring, my unit had been recently upgraded. They are pet friendly and have a high tech security door system. Living here was perfect for me as I was at the end on my degree program. It was close to campus and work and they had different lease options that worked for me."
