"Forest Park Management really makes you feel valued and not a hinderance. I had an accident and needed a repair to my apartment and they were concerned with my safety and well being. They had the repair completed before I was home from work. It is nice to know that people like them are watching out for the tenants. Makes me happy that I live here."

"My car has been broken into multiple times within a year. My neighbors entire car was stolen and they did nothing. They told us it was our property, and they could do nothing, but it happened on their property. I mentioned getting security cameras because alot of the residents would feel safer given there have been several break-ins all over the parking lots and with the clubhouse been broken into multiple times. They never got back to me and months later said that it was too expensive when I checked back in. I wouldn’t recommend moving here."

"Lived here for over a year and I love it! The office people are very nice and if you have packages like me they'll know your name lol! Riley M from the maintenance team helped me out with some shower issues. He does whatever he can to help fix the issue quickly and efficiently! Happy to say no more shower problems!"

"I have lived in the Northland for 34 years, and this will be my 3rd apartment complex. Although I haven't moved in yet (I just signed the lease), I know that I will have a positive experience at Forest Park. My son lived here a few years back (as did several of his friends), and from that experience, we all believe it's one of the best choices of where to live in the area. The location is convenient to I-35, yet it doesn't seem to be on the highway. The Lakewood Greenway park has always been one of my happy places, with the walking trail - I am so looking forward to living right next to it! I am planning two major moves in the next five years, and with rent getting higher and higher in my current apartment, I decided this would be a good time to downsize to a one-bedroom and save money in preparation for the future moves. I did my research for months, looking at dozens of options online, and visiting many in person. I am confident that Forest Park offers the most affordable place to live, while still feeling like a safe, well-managed property that I will enjoy and feel at home in. I am particularly happy with the floorplan of my new apartment. It is the same one my son had, and it really maximizes the square footage in a way that feels very spacious. There is nothing else like it in any other apartment complex! The people who manage this place are professional, friendly, and fair, and I highly recommend Forest Park if you are looking for an apartment in the Northland."
