"These apartments are no good they are liars!! Said I owe them last month rent and left me with a ridiculous bill when I gave them a 60-day notice my last day was supposed to be April 31st which it was I drop off the key and they lil mail box that day they're trying to say that I was supposed to pay for May month rent how is that if I already gone April 31st not to mention they kept my deposit I do not recommend the basement kept on flooding bats flying around in the unit I'm making a claim asap ! I never had nothing on my apartment credit report these people are a mess just trying to get your money ."
"These apartments took my money and denied me, I have never been denied in my life and I was so upset because they are claiming I have rental history from 97 and I was only 13, but now that I see these reviews I know everything happens for a reason"
"These apartments are nasty! They have all types of bugs and MICE! please listen to all the reviews. They do have my mice. They dont do anything about the mice except for put traps down and the mice still wonder around! I am 24 years old and never seen a mouse in my life. They need to tear these apartmenrs now and these apartments have not been renovated since 2005 but they renovated the office this year but want to increase the rent every year. Not worth it at all! I have been living here 2 years and cannot wait until my lease is up next month. My house got broken into, car got broken into. These apartments are not safe. Police is always here."
"Worse place I've ever lived, the mice took over the townhouse!! The mice ate through the floor and walls. The manager doesn't care about how the tenants live, she's only worries about herself. My self and 2 others had to move because of the mice, Also the basements flood with sewage 5-10 times a year due to them not wanting to pay to fix the sewer lines."
"I have lived for 3 months i was so scared cause of reviews,but I have Not seen one bug I check my cabinets often for signs,never seen mice or signs of them,the grounds are well maintained,they clean parking lot daily,I have have had a few maintenance issues they fix everything proptly,manger is very nice I really feel at home!!!! And no police ever manger runs a tight ship here! I would definitely recommend and I have!!! Pool is definitely a bonus!!"
