Staff has very bad attitude. You will see wall cracks, water leaks, even apartment has bugs, Worst Maintenance ,Water stuck at different places within internal roads. At the End you get charged More When you Moved-Out."

"I have lived at Skylar Ridge for over 2 years!!! I just renewed my lease!!! Words will never describe just how AMAZING their maintenance team is!!! They’re quick to respond and they’re very thorough!!! Shout out to Megan Ball, the maintenance team and all other Skylar Ridge staff for doing an awesome job!!! "Overall - 3.5/5 Management/Office - 2/5 - During the plandemic especially, the office staff and management team were completely inaccessible ALL THE TIME and did not return phone calls/messages in a timely manner. Before and after the plandemic, management and office personnel were a little more accessible and responsive, but not 5 stars, sorry. Maintenance - 4/5 - Pretty good at responding to needed work orders; some maintenance requests I needed to make and remind management / office personnel more than once. Lease/Price for Quality - 4/5 The buildings are older (at least 20 or more years) and the rent is a little high for this type of older model apartment. However, it is affordable and there was recent new Air Conditioning/Heating installed in 2018 or 2019, just before I moved in. It was AWESOME! Nice reliable heating and cooling for all seasons! Great job! Bathrooms - 4/5 - the faucets and shower controls were updated nicely, but even after several maintenance requests to fix dripping spigots, water would drip into the tub and leave a rust mark on the newer bathtub. Never had any real plumbing issues. Nice hot water for all washing/showering needs. Great job here! Pests - 4/5 - At least there would be frequent pest control services performed, but I still saw a few roaches, but these were probably from neighbors more than from pest control management. Walking / Getting Around - 5/5 - Very nice location, low crime; only one time did several cars--mine included--get broken into. But one can walk to places easily if desired, and take highway routes in the car as well. Would I recommend this place to live/rent? Yes! Overall, Skyler Ridge is a great place to live, quiet neighborhood, and good honest working people around you as neighbors."

"I have had nothing but good experiences here since moving to the area over a year ago from out of town. Ellen Thompson has not only made my experience easy-going, but is one of the kindest people I have ever met! She is knowledgeable and extremely helpful in all ways. It is a big complex so you may work with many people, but nonetheless I haven't had issues! Every time I have put a maintenance request in, it has been resolved that day or the next. For the price and the location, it truly is worth it, especially if you are a young adult needing an affordable place!"

"Office staff has been very accommodating. Ellen Thompson is amazing and supper helpful. The management team gets a bad reputation at times but have nothing been nice to my family. Manager Natalie, Asst MG Megan have understanding and they stay on time with any issues my family has had. Ellen Thompson always makes sure we done right. When I signed up for lease, Ellen was able to communicate effectively while assisting in my search. She was confident in the Skyler Ridge and has been the same since."
