"The staff here are very welcoming and nice! They were very willing to work with us and around our crazy schedules to get us in an apartment by the time we needed. They were all so patient with us and understanding’ the move in process was very smooth and easy. They even gave us a wristband to put the keys on which helped so much with moving everything in!! That way I didn’t have to dig through my pockets to find my keys every time. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and honestly good people. They’re always willing to find an answer for you!! I only put 4 star because I’ve only been here for one day haha. But the apartments are also veryy nice and spacious!"

"Have good experiences with maintenance and their service when reporting issues. However, when reporting issues to management there’s not a lot of follow up. Almost every grass area, including the dog park, has large amounts of unpicked up dog poop. There are only a handful of waste baskets around and after reporting issues there is no follow up. Nobody is incentivized or expected to clean up after their pets here making a miserable experience for everyone."

"Wouldn’t recommend these apartments. Rent is priced too high for what you really get. After rent, they nickel and dime you for every thing on top of that, making monthly payment much more. Basically charging you for the location of the apartments but you can find better price elsewhere that’s not far away. They’ve had 3 different management companies in about 3 years so nothing is consistent. Different construction projects but nothing seems to be truly fixed. Have had a terrible experience living here."

"I recently moved and I'm pleased how the move-in went. To start off, quick shout out to Tyler Jenkins who helped me find the unit I needed and was quick to respond to questions and issues. Although, there was an initial issue with the AC, it was fixed quickly. I logged a couple of minor maintenance issues and both were fixed within a day. The only thing I'd complain is the amount of pet waste found around the place. To sum it up, really like my unit and the responsiveness of the office and maintenance staff."

"This environment/community is very welcoming. Everyone is nice, helpful & friendly. We love our new home, their clean & well kept. We’ve been here 3 days & already feel apart of the community, we feel we are where we are meant to be. This was a big move for us. Our dog has new doggie friends & she is loving it!"
