"The complex was very well kept. The staff was very friendly and patient. I have difficulties walking. I took a short drive thru the inside lot. I made contact with a resident and asked about entry to office. I was redirected to street parking. I have no issues with that. In fact that tells me that people are protective of where they live. I like that."

"I LOVE this place. Every staff member is so friendly, they truly love me and my dog. The amenities in this place are top notch, prices are great for what you’re getting. I truly would stay here forever. I do hope to get another unit here when my lease is over. Valet trash is always punctual. Only issues I’ve ever had were with my washer but it was my fault for over filling it. My fridge did break but they ordered a new one as soon as they heard. Key fob access only so this building is very safe. Dog/pet friendly with a dog park and dog wash. Highly recommend to anyone!"

The apartments are wonderful and the prices are worth it. The facility itself has so many amenities. The location is prime, set right in the middle of Gladstone with easy access to everything you would ever need. I highly recommend The Heights Linden Square."

"The office and maintenance are very puntual about getting back with any sort of maintenance request. Always a clean lobby, hallways, and community areas. The staff are incredibly kind and understanding and you can tell they genuinely care about the community and keeping good energy within the community. So happy we moved here ♥️"

"My fiancé and I loved this apartment complex. We both would have liked to stay longer but we had to move out of the state. We lived in one of the townhouse style apartments for the last almost 2 years and have very few complaints, and whenever we did have an issue, the staff in the office was very quick about addressing them. Our neighbors were very respectful and quiet. The only time I could tell that we were actually living in an apartment complex was when someone would run or walk heavily in the hallway since our kitchen was right below it. My favorite things about the heights was it’s location - having summit grill nearby was nice and there were a lot of local coffee shops nearby - and the fitness center because it’s open 24/7 and has a nice variety of machines and free weights. I highly recommend the Heights at Linden Square and would happily call it home again someday if we ever move back to KC."
