"Son lived here. Terrible apartments and management. Roaches in apartment the entire time they lived there. Landlord often slow to respond to repairs. Security deposit return was over a month late and then charged $400 for repainting apartment. (At walkthrough they told them it looked fine.) MO law says you cannot charge for repainting because it is covered under "normal wear and tear" unless there is damage. Manager told him to "lawyer up" if he didn't like it. Run away if you can."

"The price is good...the area is pretty quite...they updated landscaping...the biggest issue I have had living here is the roach problem. Others around my apartment say they have dealt with them too. I have tried everything and maintenance says they have come out and sprayed multiple times but I am still dealing with them. I do not recommend unless you are okay with potentially dealing with that."
