"The management at the Ethan’s are professional, amiable, and efficient. I kept an apartment there for two years, and ran into issues twice. No, the front desk wasn’t able to remedy the situation, more so due to policy than not wanting to help. However, back office Tricia Greathouse the assistant property manager, was open and honest with what she was able to remedy. Tricia is very thoughtful and caring, and although she was not able to change fees due to protocol, she did push for me with ownership and was able to accomplish what I would not have been capable to do without her. Thank you Tricia and the Ethan’s staff!!!"
"Month 8. Someone needs to see this. Don’t choose this place as your home. The one star goes out to feeling safe in the neighborhood, which is sometimes all you can ask. The bad reviews are very general and not isolated to one person’s experience. 1. There is no gym. They will tell you that it’s “being renovated” & they cannot give an estimated end date. Look at the other reviews. It’s been closed since way before I moved in. 2. The pool was closed over half the times I tried to go. I made an effort to go every week, just to give an idea how reliable it is to be open. I was told that sometimes they forget to order the chlorine tablets. 3. My apartment was very clearly not fully cleaned or checked over upon move in. My tub was running water for weeks after I let them know. This was from day 1. The mold on the windows is atrocious. Lights were out that could have been replaced. 4. My tub is peeling paint. It looks like they tried to cover up mold by painting. 5. The insulation is not good. I feel I can hear way more than I should be able to. 6. Along with that, they will not do anything about your noise complaints. Had a neighbor that played LOUD, floor rattling music from 4am-6am every morning. They said I needed “proof they were doing it on purpose” like video. What? 7. Short staffed on maintenance. Along with that, if you put in a request, it will be marked completed when it is not. 8. AT&T came into my apartment & left a hole in my wall after installing something I don’t need."
"As any Apartment complex, there are typical Maintenance Requests that are placed to have things fixed. Our lighting fixture in the Master Bedroom stopped working, DRUE and JASON were quick and precise with identifying the issue and replacing the light fixture. They were both very polite and cracked a few jokes along the way and were very inviting. I appreciate both of the for their effort in resolving our issue."
"DO NOT LIVE HERE! This place was a nightmare to live in. First of all, they had a full year and a half of a high turn over rate of employees. They messed up my leasing agreement 3 times all by different people because they hire a lot of incompetent people and they quit. I lived in that apartment for 4 months more than I wanted to because their employees wouldn’t stop messing up. They advertise they have a gym but it hadn’t been open for at least a year before I moved in.. 2 years ago! And it’s still not open. I had leaks everywhere that wouldn’t stop no matter what I did. My bottom cabinets began to warp and mold. I had a leak randomly in the living room that I had to use my steam cleaner to suck up the water every day. I had a leak in my bedroom closet that actually flooded half the bedroom. They never attended to ANY of these leaks! They would cancel all the maintenance request that pertained to leaks. So I got to live with cleaning it up daily and keep things from molding too much. I went without AC for 7 weeks and I went without hot water for 5 weeks. My second bathroom tub has never been able to be used because they didn’t install it correctly. I have pictures of it from the day I moved in. The maintenance guy just kept saying “he’s boss needs to make the call” and then didn’t do anything for 2 years! So I paid for a 2 bath and couldn’t even use it. If I called the apartments they would just refer me back to maintenance. They don’t care about you. They care about scamming you. WORST APARTMENT MANAGEMENT EVER!"
"Had a few issues with normal maintenance issues in my unit… garbage disposal, faucets, etc. The staff in the office sent Tommy & Quincy over as soon as heavenly possible. Issues were fixed problems were resolved!!! It’s probably wise to hire at least one more skilled person to help out Tommy and Quincy with the stack upon stacks of work tickets for our residents."
