"I'd love to give you 5 stars since I've been a loyal customer for what seems like forever. However I'm looking at 3 late returns because no one notified me hours have changed. However here on Google it says it's still open. I'm sure there was a post somewhere in the store stating new hours. Honestly probably 50% of the people may pay attention to that stuff. I'm sure if I would have been there when the manager was there she'd tell me, "hey don't forget we're closing early" because she's nice like that. Sucks I have to pay extra day rental when I just put them in the drop box around 9. Just a little frustrated but yeah, ally failt"

"Great selection, the workers are super friendly and helpful. They have all the newest movies easy to find. You should check out the total wireless booth in the back, they have a great selection of phones and phone plans."

"Black girl who works there is extremely rude and unprofessional. They should all have huge smiles on their face and be friendly n polite it's not that hard to just stand there and ring up movies and put them away yet she acted like it was the end of the world to have to help out a customer while putting movies away she needs a new job maybe making burgers at McDonald's away from the people because she has zero people skills. "Marcus" needs to hire better people n not just hire people based on looks. Half of them are stuck up and rude or no help at all."

"It's rather expensive to rent here if you're on a budget also do not be late with returns because interest is added to late fee's. Pretty good selection of new releases and a rent 1 get 1 deal on certain days of the week"
