"The location wasn't BAD, as opposed to hard to get to. The room was clean and looked very nice, the surrounding area was also nice. There was a gas station nearby which was VERY convenient."

I ask for a manager or someone that can help me they say they will give them a message and I go weeks without hearing anything. There are thousands of dollars worth of extra charges on my card and no one will help me."

"After driving 12 hours through CO & KS, we were ready to stop for the night. I started checking for a hotel without too many bad reviews for a decent price. The hotels along 400E between Wichita and Springfield were few and far between and most had awful reviews. I then came across this La Quinta, and we decided to drive the extra 2 hours to get there. We’re so happy we did! This hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed at for a quick overnight rest and refresh! The lobby, halls, rooms and breakfast area were immaculate. It appeared to be a new or very recently updated hotel. The room was super clean, well stocked, the shower was hot and had great water pressure, and the beds were very comfy. They offered a nice breakfast buffet with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, yogurt, etc. I was extremely impressed with the breakfast staff who were constantly restocking the breakfast items and cleaning the bar. Someone left bread in the toaster and the staff immediately called the manager (?) over who removed it and put a fan out. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. It was so refreshing to find a super clean, comfortable, affordable place to stay for the night! Thank you!!"

"The staff are very friendly, wonderful breakfast, comfortable and clean room. the website advertises having a hot tub and indoor pool, BUT there is no hot tub! The indoor pool was cold as ice cubes and we couldn't bear to get in past our calves. Also, the pool filter wasn't running and there was confetti all over in the water."

"The overall experience was great. Pool was cold per my daughter but she still enjoyed it and it was clean. The only thing I'd mention is that your room is not provided a hair dryer so bring that with you. Breakfast was good, lots of choices!"
