Hampton Inn & Suites Pittsburg Kansas Crossing

"I did not have a great experience when I stayed here. One of the washcloths had a long piece of hair on it. Their team was quick to replace it, which I appreciated, but I wish a bit more attention was paid when setting up the room. Also the outlet did not work properly. My phone charger was not secure and kept falling out the outlet. There were 4 outlets next to the bed, and none of them were secure! The WiFi was inconsistent. I stayed here for a business trip, but had a hard time staying connecting to a reliable network. Again, the staff was very friendly and accommodating but the room and amenities left a lot to be desired."

"Right now I can't say enough good stuff about the Hampton inn suites at Kansas Crossing casino. We do a lot of traveling and this was without a doubt the best hotel we have stayed at from coast to coast. The desk staff were wonderful we had an issue with the TV problem it didn't cause us any reason to lose sleep. In the morning we had one of the best breakfasts which was the very best complimentary breakfast and it was a continental type. Again the room was outstanding we've never had one so clean luxurious and made us feel like we were special."

"The hotel was probably the best Hampton Inn I have stayed in and I have stayed in quite a few. The staff was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern. Breakfast was plentiful, hot, and fresh. Will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area."

"Nice rooms, comfy beds, the one I chose was noisy if you moved around ? Only thing was the water pressure in the shower went down quickly, stayed hot though. One other thing was the complementary soap and shampoo seemed like they were watered down as it took a lot to clean up.... breakfast was a very well kept and stocked area....!"

"Nicest Hampton we've stayed at possibly ever. The hotel was clean and smelled good. Rooms are updated and cute. Nice walk-in shower. Large seating area for breakfast. Hotel seemed busy, but our room was very quiet. The adjoining casino is a nice perk -- easy walk over for a meal or drinks. Would absolutely stay here again."
