Arby's

"Got a DoorDash for pickup from here. They were in the back sitting and talking(not making any orders) for at least 7-8 minutes before even acknowledging my calls to get their attention. They then went back to help the solo customer in the drive through despite me being there almost 10 minutes prior. They then claimed “they didn’t get my order yet” despite me having had accepted the order 20 minutes before and confirmed me being at the store 10 minutes before. They then proceeded to take 15 minutes to make the order that only had 3 items included. Terrible service and if you are a dasher and this crew is working good luck."

"Went to this particular with coupons that Arby's provided for such a bad experience for the one in chanute. This particular location in Pittsburg Kansas more than made up for the other the food was prepared very fresh and everything was exactly as it should have been. Restored my faith in Arby's"

"Drive through ordered. A jamocha shake and a Dr Dr pepper will got to the window and they said they couldnt do the shake ok. No biggie but I had to pull up for my order she gave me my card back. I was still thinking dang missed my shake. Finally got my order. Left they never gave me my dt Dr pepper. Called them of course put you name down I don't go eat out often so I will lose my already paid for drink. SM want nice either. They sure don't go out of y There way to make you happy when they screw up But love the food."

"Found myself craving a beef and cheddar this evening. Husband, myself and a friend loaded up for Arby's. From the moment we entered we were treated with disinterest. Staff acted as though taking our orders was a major inconvenience. Received food quickly, soon discovered it was because the fries had been sitting in warmer an extremely long time. asked for new fries. Restaurant was less than clean. Never got an apology or anything. Took a sip.of my Jamocha shake to find its vanilla. Manager argued with me and refused a refund. Will not return."

"Drive thru is always good. Now don't get me wrong they will ask you to pull up and wait and I hate that but they do make it fast so you don't wait to long. Food is as always freshly made to order so it's worth the wait. Must try them loaded chicken ranch."
