"Will not go back to get any kind of jewelry. Went last night to get my husband something. Waited for 15 minutes, and the lady working saw me and did not ask if I needed help. There were 2 women helping 1 lady. My husband had this issue 8 years ago, which is why he doesn't go back. It's sad when you go and wait and they see you and ignore you for 1 person when 2 were working. Most the employees are rude there anyway that why I go to Joplin JC Penny to shop there. Will not go back . Need to be friendlier and hekp out when needed and not make people wait and never ask if you have been helped."
