"The online pictures of the apartments are misleading. In person they're way smaller. Only upside of this place is in unit washer and drier. Downsides, parking lot theft, right next to highway, managers want you to snitch on people smoking, paid parking, mandatory fees included in rent(up to 180$) Honestly avoid this company. Avoid anything owned by monarch investments!!!"

"NoRi Apartments is awesome! I just moved in and the process has been wonderful from start to move in date. Paul Keaton in the office has been helpful and kind through the entire process. Maintenance is responded to quickly and everyone has been great! I love my new spot!!!!!"

"From someone who had to deal with cigarette and weed smoke in my apartment from a below tenant at a previous "non-smoking" complex (which the property did absolutely nothing about) Nori actually caring and pushing their no smoking policies is a breath of fresh air. Me and my roommate have had some issues with water pressure and leaking from our above neighbor, but maintenance has been wonderful fixing the problems quickly. The office is super helpful (love the text line) and the pool is the cleanest apartment pool I've ever seen that they take care of constantly. The apartments are nice especially the in unit washer and dryer, best ones we've had while renting. After living on multiple properties this by far has been my favorite location, complex, and leasing/maintenance staff. Would recommend to anyone."

"Just Bad Business. This company is not good. They are asking residents to snitch on each other. They texted all residents about smoking weed. Instead of just reminding residents of the rules, they also asked residents to SNITCH on others. They are asking residents to take pictures of OTHER residents who are suspected of violating the rules. I think that’s extremely inappropriate for a company to do. I understand that there are rules for the apartments, but asking people to RAT EACH OTHER OUT IS CRAZY!! I wouldn’t recommend that anyone who consumes cannabis live here. They will evict you just for using medicine and not even care that they ruined your life. Absolute door knobs."
