"1. Do not move here! They have cockroaches and no matter how many times I’ve called to have pests people take care of it, it never got fixed. They also put all of their washers, dryers, ovens, microwaves, and all other appliances ins garage on site so bugs get in them and then they put them in your apartment as a “fix” I literally have cockroaches living in my stove and microwave because of them doing that. Also I see them leave toilets outside for months and then move them into people’s apartments! Not sanitary at all!!! 2. When we moved in they told us everything would be replaced due to flooding that happened before. When we got there we didn’t have a bathroom literally it was all in boxes and pieces on the floor couldn’t even walk into it! We waited 2-3 weeks for it to be fixed ( I had a 1 month old at the time also) NOT OK! 3. There is trash everywhere! Do not let their pictures online fool you! It’s filthy! 4. Office people suck. They don’t listen and they never answer phones or questions! 5. Parking is awful if you’re not home by 4:00 everyday you will have to park a mile away from your place. I asked them if I could use a handicapped parking spot because I was 9 months pregnant and counts barley walk and they told me no even if I had a doctors note.. just awful!!!"

"Living here was great for the first 4 months, but since then it's all been down hill. I'm disappointed and I feel like I'm just being ripped off. My AC has died twice in the last 11 months, and each time it has taken the properties maintenance over a week to come fix it. I also have been waiting around a month for them to fix my toilet."

"Absolutely worst place to live!!! Upon inspection and previewing home ,everything seemed nice as well as staff. That quickly changed unfortunately! We noticed right away our air conditioning wasn't properly cooling the house in fact it was 86 inside most of the summer. We contacted them more than a few times and they continued to say it was normal. We tried to tell them the dryer wasn't working and needed to run 3 to 4 60 min cycles just to get dry and that the closest behind dryer was always extremely hot with condensation. They continued to say the dryer works perfectly. Now 4 months later we still don't have a dryer and they continued to send so called maintenance out just to look at it and say the same thing it's clogged in hvac with water coming out of wall and in dryer hose (alot of water). They need to find someone to come out. STILL NO DRYER on the 3rd floor. New management has been horrible with additude and no help . Dryer is included in contract,no compensation what so ever and on 3rd floor having to spend more money at laundry mat and carry it up and down stairs. BE ADVISED DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!"

"My apartment was flooded due to recent storms. The room in question still needed carpet replaced. In speaking with Jerome maintenance manager on a Monday, he said he could get my carpet in on that Wednesday and by God it happened. He has been here several times and each time keeps his word. He is knowledgeable, patient, polite and keeps his word. We have had a lot of turnover here and I think they should hang onto this young man. We need more people like him working here. Great job Jerome, keep up the great work!"

"We moved in here from cross country. The place was not cleaned when we moved in. There were sunflower shells on the carpet, mold in the bathroom, food in the pantry, and crumbs on the counter. It was pretty depressing for us to move and come to that. Our stay was okay. The office never answers their phone and it can be hard to contact them. We had the AC go out during the summer and it took almost a week to get fixed. Bugs were somehow getting into the apartment. It was a hot mess (literally). We had a small baby as well. Not okay. With maintenance, it was hard with a baby. Management would let us know a few days in advance that people would be coming to to our apartments whether we were there or not. I got interrupted a lot with people walking in on me trying to breastfeed my newborn. I felt exposed in my own living space. Be aware, the pool is green most of the summer and if you would like to reserve the club house for a small get together, it’s $300 (only $150 refundable). Even if it’s only for 4 hours. Moving out was really hard. We signed a lease for the next year, but found out we were moving before that new lease would start. They wouldn’t let us out and we had to pay $1500 to break the lease even though it hadn’t started yet and management signed the lease after we told them we were moving. I don’t think this is right and I do feel we were very much robbed of our money. The management staff were not friendly to us over the phone and we did not feel seen or heard. This left a very bitter taste in our mouths when we left and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others because of how we were treated. It was unprofessional. We felt like paychecks, not people."
