"I was followed again in this store. I didn't go very far from the registers. I looked at 1 item, some essential oil, selected the scent I wanted, and turned to go back to the registers. Before I could take a step, 2 different store clerks asked me if I was finding everything I needed. I was in the store for less than 5 minutes. Since I already knew the layout, I didn't have to search for my item. There were several other customers passing by who weren't asked if they needed assistance. I will record the next time I enter this store. This is the second time this has occurred!"

"Hobby Lobby is one of those stores where you can be going there for nothing in particular and end up leaving with a new passion or artistic endeavor. As a former Art Director I have long appreciated their selection of professional art supplies and prices. As a dad I have loved the myriad isles of creativity-inspiring crafts and kits. You want to build a fully-furnished doll house? They got you covered. You want to paint custom t-shirts and shoes? Yep, they got you. You want to fill a glass jar with marbles for your floral arrangement in a Thanksgiving theme? Okay..I guess. They have all that. There is always thousands of items 50% off or more and post holiday sales are insane. I hate that they are closed on Sunday but I also love that they are closed on Sunday. I respect their reason and love a company that sticks to its morals and ethics and not so easily swayed by corporate greed. Employees are knowledge and helpful and I have been told Hobby Lobby is a great company to work for."

Picture frames and framing by Certified Art Framers, who can reframe your art from selected mattings, frames made to specifications or premade wood, acrylic and metal frames, sometimes half price. Just ring THE BELL on the counter near the back of the store. Crafts for all ages. Paints for the beginners and students of the Arts. Material on the bolts for Sewers. Seasonal decor. Wedding items. "Always a great shopping experience...and I shop there at least once a week. Staff is friendly. Kathy, in fabric, is the greatest ever! Very friendly, kind, and helpful personality. Store is always clean and organized. The only downside is the ladies restroom, clean but in extreme need of repair. Floor is cracked and has been for over a year. Poor lighting. Stall doors are scratched up and one of the locks doesn't work properly. Management (regional or whomever is in charge of store upkeep and repairs) needs to seriously invest in repairing and remodeling the restrooms to align with the rest of the store's brand image. As it stands currently, it feels like I'm in a completely different store and very uncomfortable when I walk into the restroom. Will continue to shop there for the wonderful service, but I always try to avoid the restrooms."
