"My experience with this daycare has been deeply disappointing and concerning. Over the seven months my child attended, there was a significant decline in safety standards and overall quality of care. One of the most alarming issues is the excessively high turnover rate. In the time my child was here, 90% time the class is not assigned with an assistent teacher. Whenever a new assistant teacher is hired, she stayed for less than a month. The lead teacher was consistently exhausted and eventually quited, leaving the Turtle class now with only random coordinators/other staff. Potty training was completely neglected after the lead teacher left. Kids are hard to adjust to the constant changes. Safety concerns were prevalent as well. My child was scratched by the same kid multiple times (3+ times) over the course of a week, many times with no incident report. He had nightmares and kept saying some kid's name in his class was scary. When I raised my concerns with the director and request separation of my child from the kid who scratches during playtime, I was met with rudeness, insults, and dishonesty. Instead of addressing the root causes of safety issues, the director shifted blame onto us and my kid. She said, all kids scratches, if you don't want your kid to get hurt, you should find a nanny. She fabricated stories, claiming my child had allergies, was always constantly itchy and scratching himself, which is not true. "nobody scratches him, he needs to see a doctor." This school treats children of families and friends differently from others, leading to feelings of neglect and exclusion among those who are not favored. After my child experienced further incidents this week, including more scratches and multiple incident reports of being scratched by the same kid in this class in a single day, I made the decision to immediately withdraw him from the daycare. This daycare may looks clean, but is actually extremely disorganized and unsanitary. They are unable to properly identify belongings. When I opened the bag returned on my son's last day at this daycare, I found a dirty toothbrush that wasn't my son's which labeled with his name. Two weeks ago, due to the daycare's prevalence of strep, I brought in a new toothbrush. It appears that my child is not using the items we provide. Additionally, it seems that my son is using a diaper cream labeled with another child's name who shares the same first name but not even in the same class. The silicon diaphragm of his water bottle is also missing. If you are considering this daycare for your child, I urge you to proceed with caution. Should you need to communicate with the director, I strongly recommend using email for documentation purposes."

"Children’s Treehouse is the most amazing childcare center! Both of my children attended Treehouse and I could not have asked for a better experience. The staff is kind and truly cared about my kids. The curriculum is excellent and structured with daily lesson plans. The center has an app where you can view each day’s activities, lessons, meals/bottles provided, diaper changes, and pictures of your child having fun! The center also hosts multiple themed events for the kids and their families during the year. The facility is extremely secure and clean. We recently had to leave Treehouse due to moving out of state and it broke my heart to say goodbye. I will miss the staff dearly and am so grateful for everyone at Children’s Treehouse! Thank you for loving my children and for providing them with a safe, fun, and educational environment to attend each day!"

"We love Treehouse and so did our son. Everyone was so personable and knew our faces and names after just a short time and always greeted us. It was very apparent as soon as our son started that his learning and comprehension really took off. Treehouse provided a structured learning environment while making it fun for our son. We really appreciated the communication from treehouse, they were really on top of it. We are sad to move and leave Treehouse, we won't find another place as good!"

"Our children have loved being at the Treehouse so much. The curriculum is so fantastic and I feel like my kids have learned so much while being here. My four year daughter struggles with separation anxiety and the teachers were angels during our transition to care here. There was one teacher who really took on our child with so much love during this transition and our daughter would go directly to her when we would drop her off. This gave us so much comfort knowing she would be cared for as if she were their own child. The Tadpole updates are so great and give you photos of your child's day and what they did all day. This has been a great mealtime conversation piece as we talk about what our daughter did at school that day. I would highly recommend the staff and facility at the Treehouse. They are all so wonderful and caring."
