"The people at Victory Properties have be great to work with. Taylor and his team have managed 18 units for me and my other partners for the past 3 years. Their experience has helped with seemingly all aspects of what is needed on the front end to get people in my places, responsive to the guests during stay, and maintenance up keep of the grounds/property. Whenever something comes up they take care of it and handle it swiftly and with tact. I plan to continue to use them for all my Branson Vacation rentals going forward."

"The Big Blue House provided ample space for our large family. Kitchen was nice and spacious and the movie room was a bonus. We enjoyed easy access to the lake! We were disappointed in a few things and hoping this review will help the property enhance the home to maximum potential. - The basement seemed to not be sprayed for bugs. We found many brown recluse spiders and our children were bit several times. We ended up pulling mattresses upstairs to sleep b/c the bugs were so bad. - Light bulbs were burnt out throughout kitchen and sunroom area. - Sunroom showed there was an air-hockey table and there was no air hockey table when we got there. Sunroom did not have ample seating for a large group. - Kitchen wasn't stocked adequetly for our large group. - Dryer was broken. They did come replace when we asked for asssitence. - Grill was too small for size of group who would stay in the house. - Master bathroom toilet seat and paper holder were broken. No door between Master bed and Bath - a curtain would be nice to add since the bathroom is shared with another bedroom. - Deck cushions were not provided - so deck sitting was not comfortable. We did contact the property management early in the week on a few items and they were responsive. We enjoyed our stay, but felt for the price, the home could have been better prepared for our stay."

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay with victory! The new cabin we stayed in was peaceful, clean and really just the perfect weekend getaway! The craft coffee was a nice touch. The staff was very helpful and gave great recommendations for my wife, son and I to make the most of our time in Branson! We will be back soon!"

"This is an amazing place, slice of heaven on 30 serene acres!! House has everything you need!! Showered and beds are amazing, with 2 soaking tubs and waterfall rain heads. The kitchens are very well equipped and the house is equipped with great TV’’s in all but the kids bunk room. This is a perfect retreat for 5 couples, or 14-16 people without use of the pullouts. The decks are amazing, and the sounds of waterfall brooks can be heard all around the outside of the house. You won’t be disappointed to stay here!!!"

"Lily and her team were very helpful making sure we had a great stay! We had a problem with heat and they quickly resolved the issue! Property is very nice and the boat ride was a highlight of the trip! Great grounds, felt safe, super easy with our dogs! Would highly recommend!"
